St Oswin's Church in Wylam has served the people of its community for over 130 years.

It is a sacred place at the heart of the community.

Service times changed on the 3rd June see church services tab

Monday to Friday 24th to 28th September: Holeyn Hall/Church Road is scheduled for closure between 7.30am and 5.00pm. The X84 will not serve Wylam. A shuttle bus will leave Charlie's corner at the scheduled X84 to Hexham times to connect in Ovingham with the Hexham/Newcastle services. Service 686 is not affected. There is a possibility that bad weather may delay the  Monday start until Wednesday.

The church hall has been extended and modernised, and reopened on the 6th November 2016, following a service in church and dedication of hall by the Bishop of Newcastle.
